These are not a list of independent products; in most projects they turn up at different steps of the same process. A step taken on the ERP side also touches reporting, document flow and sometimes a piece of custom development.
So we build the scope around what the process needs rather than around product headings. We decide together which step is handled by standard capabilities, which by configuration and which by a separate solution.
The sequence follows the same logic: first the step that affects daily work most, then the ones that depend on it. Each stage becomes preparation for the next.
